Return Process

  Log into your Masakali account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
